Technical Sales Engineer

Maintenance Manager

Reliable & motivated individual to fill in Maintenance manager position. The candidate will manage all maintenance contracts .He will be in charge of managing resources, setting priorities, maintaining good customer relations ,developing & planning plant outages.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

  •  Plan ,approve & lead all repairs and installation activities

  •  Carries out audits on maintenance activities 

  •  Ensure integrity of the rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, fin fans, blowers, expanders etc.

  • Ensures adherence to approved maintenance plans & strategies

  • Develop/Review Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), maintenance strategies for each piece of client rotating equipment

  •  Assist in developing and continually reviews Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP's) 

  • Maintain and manage the relationship with clients, open channels for new business opportunities;

  • Renew maintenance contracts and acquire new maintenance projects

  • Collaborate and guide the presales team in any projects in terms of pricing, negotiation and vendor selection

  • Review market trends and technological advances and Submit the yearly plan for the department

  • Keep track of the monthly invoicing plan according to the client s contract T&Cs

  • Conduct training needs analyses and recommends training objectives to the HR

  • Ensure Performance Evaluations are done for the subordinates 
     

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or ten years of experience with combined cycle power plants.

  • Proven experience as maintenance manager

  • Strong Experience in planning maintenance operations

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of combustion turbine operations theory, rotating equipment and predictive maintenance technologies.

  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

  • Strong analytical, creative problem solving and presentation skills.

  • Customer oriented with highly professional communication skills.

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Rotating Equipment

Reliable Maintenance Supervisor to execute and /or supervise maintenance jobs and projects executed in the company’s Workshop or at clients’ site covering a wide range of rotating equipment (including but not limited to reciprocating/ centrifugal/ screw pumps & compressors, turbines, valves, mechanical seals, gearboxes…) .

 

Responsibilities :

  • Execute and /or supervise maintenance jobs and projects executed in the company’s Workshop or at clients’ site covering a wide range of rotating 

  • Provide leadership, technical support and direction for maintenance team leaders and technicians on the field and at Workshop Facility

  • Conduct inspection, including pre-job preparations and planning , troubleshooting and root cause analysis on abnormal operations in various types of equipment

  • Perform various maintenance activities including breakdown, preventive & corrective maintenance, including complete overhauls repairs, disassembly and replacements of client equipment as per contractual requirements and according to OEM standards.

  • Prepare all necessary project-related reports

  • Review / prepare any contractual documentation as required including SOW, HSE, QA/QC etc and prepare commercial proposals

  • Participate in interviewing, training and developing a competent maintenance workforce.

  • Coordinate, support and work closely with QHSE department to ensure compliance with QHSE Standards 

  • Interface directly with client maintenance teams as necessary in the course of providing feedback & support as per contractual agreement 

  • Read , interpret and follow accurately OEM drawings and manuals

  • Perform work in a safe manner as per established procedures and practices
